A while back we cooked an entire leg of lamb in a bed of hay on our grill. The flavor was amazing and the amount of lamb fed our family numerous meals. We purchased feeding hay at a local pet store (although the hay is not consumed) and the lamb was purchased locally as well. With the weather so mild here in Westerly, we thought this would be a perfect Super Bowl Sunday idea. It truly feeds a crowd, is versatile and could not be easier to make.
