A couple of weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of stopping into Capizzano Olive Oils & Vinegars with my family. I have two young kids, ages 7 & 9. We walked into the gorgeous shop filled with glass bottles and crossed our fingers that our kids would behave perfectly. Because, as you might know, kids and glass bottles don’t always mix. Before we could even say “Don’t touch that”, one of the the fabulous owners, Steven Capizzano, swept in and engaged our children in a kid friendly lesson on olive oil that they absolutely loved! Today we are so glad to be sharing a fabulous recipe with you from Suzanne Capizzano. This Walnut Green Bean Spread is a lovely vegetarian option that works well as a starter or appetizer for the upcoming holiday season. Word of warning…you will not be able to stop eating it!
